I have been receiving series of complaints from JAMB UTME applicants who are having one issues or the other, and are not sure whether to go to a JAMB CBT centre or JAMB offices because of the Corona pandemic.
Most are not even sure whether the JAMB offices will be open, or if open, whether they will be attended to.
Some are finding it difficult to print their original JAMB result slip to submit for their school Post UTME form which closes soon. Others need to change their institution so that they can apply for another school for one reason or the other.

Others are trying to change their course because of their JAMB 2020 UTME score.
Irrespective of the category you fall in, don’t go yet.
I have a good news for you directly from JAMB Headquarters.
As part of the Board’s proactive measures in curbing the spread of COVID-19, it has designed a platform to attend to complaints from candidates who wish to physically visit any of its offices nationwide.
Candidates can simply dial *55019# to book an appointment as from Monday, 6th of July 2020.
- Select 1 to book an appointment
- Select the right option to choose your State
- Then, select a centre you book for your appointment.
You can screenshot it and take your phone along with you.
Please note ONLY candidates who have been given appointments would be attended to.
In order words, dial the code first and book an appointment.
Make sure you go on the exact date you were given because that is only when you will be attended to.
