Differences Between Infinix Zero 2 X509 And Infinix Zero X506

First, its design is so unique that you won’t mistaken Zero 2 with Zero. The back cover of Infinix Zero 2 X509 is made of kevlar with strip pattern, tough-looking, and probably won’t slip if hold with wet hands.

Display

Nothing changed in this aspect. The Zero 2 sports a 5-inch AMOLED display with HD (720*1280 pixel) resolution, touting a pixel density of 294ppi. Same screen the Zero X506 has.

Processor and RAM

The processor speed has bump up from 1.4GHz in Zero X506 to 2.0GHz octa-core processor in Zero 2 X509, powered by MediaTek MT6592 chipset. That’s an additional 0.6GHz to meet up with high demanding applications. The RAM has also been upgraded from 1GB to 2GB

Storage

This is where the Zero 2 X509 hit the target. It packed an awesome 32GB of built-in storage, which is twice the amount of storage the Zero X506 has. You need not to worry about having low space to store files and data or install applications as this is more than enough for average people. It also support external storage (up to 32GB via MicroSD card). Honestly, Infinix does know what Nigerians need and they are ready to give them.

Camera

In this aspect, the Infinix Zero 2 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. The camera support full-HD (1080p) video recording. It also includes a 5-megapixel camera at the front for taking selfie. That’s an additional 3-megapixel if compared to Zero X506 2-megapixel front camera.

Android OS Version

Disappointedly, Infinix has neglect Android 5.0 Lollipop for this device and opt-in for Android 4.4.2 KitKat instead. We don’t know why the firm love KitKat so much that they’re not willing to let it go. They need to move on and not just stick to one Android version for a decade, Lollipop is #thenextbigthing this firm is missing.

Battery

The capacity of the battery is not impressive either. We expect Infinix Zero 2 X509 to backed atleast 3000mAh battery, but as all fingers are not equal you’ll need to stick with 2300mAh battery that comes with it.

That’s all. It’s such a good buy considering high-end specifications onboard, but we hope they sign for a more updated Android version next time.
