The Police in Osun state and Abuja have launched an attack on #ENDSARS protesters by using force to disperse them.
As part of the ongoing protest which is to demand that the Special Anti Robbery Squad, FSARS be scrapped, youths from different states in Nigeria came out in mass protest so that their voices and demands can be heard.

In Osun and Abuja however, they were met with aggression from police officers as the police fired tear gas at the protesters and used live bullets to chase them.
In Abuja, protesters said they were still trying to converge when the police came at them with teargas. An anonymous eyewitness report on social media said “Police shot at us in Abuja..some girls have fainted. They came at us like it was a war. We are currently in the bush now”
“We had not even started at all when the police just came and started spraying teargas at us.”
In Osun, protesters met the police at Olaiya Junction, Osogbo, and started throwing stones at them in order to avoid being arrested. The police in retaliation started to fire shots at them to disperse the crowd of protesters.
On Thursday in Delta State, police shot at the #ENDSARS protesters making Thursday a bloody day for the state.
A protester was shot in the leg.
In the ensuing melee, a police officer was killed while another was wounded.
The #ENDSARS has been on since Wednesday as Nigerian youth demand for the scrapping of the dreaded police unit over reports of indiscriminate arrests, extortions, detention, and killings without punitive measures taken against SARS officers.
