The goal is to eat food that will prevent the increase of the growth and reduce the rate at which estrogen is produced. If you are trying to manage your fibroids and maintain or shrink their current size, balancing your hormones the natural way is a great step because the kind of food you eat plays a big role in your hormonal levels.
1.Red Meat
Red meat has been proven to be high in added hormones, especially estrogen.
2. Dairy Product High In Fat
Dairy like animal fats, cheese, cream, butter, ice cream, sausages, cookies, pastries, and chocolate have all been shown to raise levels of estrogen and should be avoided.
3. Foods High in Salt
