Samsung has “officially” started rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat OTA (over the air) update to Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge globally. According to SamMobile who reported it first, the update will first find its way to users who are running the Nougat beta version before it reaches general audience.
Those who signed for Nougat beta testing program that was laid by the company itself in November last year are made the first priority, with the update reaching them weighing 215MB in size, while other Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge users should start receiving the update in the coming weeks. The new update will be rollout in phase—region by region, carrier by carrier e.t.c.
