While all eye seems to focus on HTC next flagship, the One M9, which is expected to be unveil at MWC in early March, the Taiwanese firm has something else at work and are probably targeting Chinese market this time.
A new HTC smartphone dubbed as D826W has been spotted passing through TENAA (China equivalent of FCC) for certification. Some of its specifications where listed and that’s what caught our attention. If the specs are true, the HTC D826W may be the second smartphone to launch in China with Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box.

Xiaomi takes the first lead with its Mi Note and Mi Note Pro phablets earlier this month and HTC may take the second ofcourse if they are not too occupied to set it loose before other competitors do. Other specifications revealed are 5.5-inch full-HD (1920 x 1080 pixels), 2GB RAM, 16GB built-in storage, 13-megapixel rear camera, and an ultra-pixel front camera. The HTC D826W will either packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor or MediaTek chipset, nothing is clear on that as of now. 4G LTE is also expected to be onboard.
