A new HTC budget smartphone has been seen passing through TENAA in China for certification. The phone which was named as Desire 626w is listed along with its specifications.
As revealed, the Desire 626w will comes with a 5-inch HD (720p) display and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box topped with HTC Sense UI. It will be powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core processor (probably MediaTek) coupled with 1GB RAM.

The HTC Desire 626w will sports an 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and houses a 5-megapixel front camera. 8GB built-in storage is expected to be onboard which will be expandable via MicroSD card. Connectivity options included are Wifi, Bluetooth 4.0, 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G. It will be backed by a 2000mAh Li-ion battery.
Earlier this week, HTC branded smartphone with the codename A55 was leaked by Upleaks along with its specifications. It is expected to debut at MWC next month.
