HTC One E9s With Octa-Core MediaTek Chipset, 4G LTE Officially Unveiled

HTC has officially unveiled One E9s, its latest mid-budget smartphone in India. The device is listed on the company website along with its specifications, however, pricing details is not included. Also, there is no word about its availability outside India. The One E9s was first spotted on an e-commerce website last week, listed with a price tag of Rs 21,142 ($324 USD).

Specwise, the device features a 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display with HD resolution of 720 x 1280 pixel. It is driven by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6752M processor clocked at 1.5GHz, paired with 2GB of RAM. A 16GB storage is equipped inside, which is further expandable via MicroSD card (up to 2TB).

The One E9s runs Android Lollipop out-of-the-box topped with HTC Sense UI, and has two SIM slots (nano) with 4G LTE support. Sitting at the back is a 13-megapixel camera with autofocus, BSI sensor and LED flash, while an UltraPixel selfie camera is placed at the front. Both cameras can record video in full-HD (1080p), according to the firm.

In connectivity compartment, the One E9s supports Bluetooth 4.1, Wifi, 3G, 2G, GPS, and Micro-USB, besides LTE. It is backed by a 2,600mAh battery.
