iBall has silently introduced a new budget smartphone under its Andi series in India. The Andi 5L Rider as named is an entry-level smartphone that lacks 4G LTE but supports 3G. It features a 5-inch IPS capacitive touch display with a resolution of 854×480 pixels, and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.3GHz, slammed with 1GB of RAM and Mali 400 GPU.
It houses an 8GB of storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card. The dual-SIM enabled Andi 5L Rider sports a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, while a secondary 2-megapixel camera is equipped at the front. Other connectivity options included besides 3G are Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi with Hotspot, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, FM radio and USB with OTG. It is backed by a 2300mAh battery.

It will be available at selected retail stores across India in White, Blue, and Brown colours at around of Rs 4,700 when it go on sale.
