“There’s absolutely nothing with Real Madrid, we don’t talk about it or Barcelona, what if he stays? That’s right, Lautaro stays here at Inter”, said the representative. This should put an end to the saga, but the most likely outcome is that information will continue developing.
This is being said because ‘Sport Mediaset’ unveiled a supposed agreement between Real Madrid and one between the Argentinian and Barcelona – however the agent also denied that he is going to go with Koeman-. Alarms were ringing to try and confirm the supposed deals which ended up being false.
What was confirmed during this appearence by Lautaro’s agent is that his team of representatives had approached Barcelona to discuss his possible incorporation into the team. Alongside this, he indicated that shortly, the agents would meet with Inter.
Also, he denied that they were there to discuss the player’s contract: “No, nothing, we came to say hello to Piero (Ausilio, Inter’s sporting director), we haven’t seen him for a while, it’s a courtesy visit”. Sergio Zárate, also a representative of the player was also present.
