Lenovo has again added two new convertible laptops to its Yoga portfolio, Yoga 700 11-inch and Yoga 700 14-inch, few weeks after launching its Yoga 900 and Yoga Home 900 PCs. In comparison, both sports almost identical specifications, their major difference are the display and processor they have. The laptops offer flexibility in use and can be flipped up to 360-degree. Their display can be use in four different modes, Laptop, Tent, Stand and Tablet.
The Yoga 700 11-inch model has an 11.6-inch full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS touch display with 10-point multi-touch and contrast ratio of 800:1, while the 14-inch model features a larger 14-inch touch display with the same resolution, but with a lower contrast ratio of 700:1. The Yoga 700 11-inch model is powered by an Intel Core m3 processor, coupled with Intel HD Graphics 515 and up to 4GB of RAM, and the 14-inch model 6th generation Intel Core i7 processor with an Intel HD Graphics 520 or Nvidia GeForce GT 940M Graphics (optional), coupled with up to 8GB of RAM. Both are equipped with 128GB SSD storage, though Lenovo is offering an optional 256GB SSD storage version for the second.

The Yoga 700 models runs Windows 10 Home edition out-of-the-box, each sporting an HD (1.3-megapixel) webcam. Another minor difference that further segregate the two are their connectivity options. The Yoga 700 11-inch model have 2x USB 2.0 ports, 1x USB 3.0 port, Micro-HDMI output port and 4-in-1 card reader, while the 14-inch model have 1x USB 2.0 port, 2x USB 3.0 ports, HDMI output port, and 4-in-1 card reader.
Other features included are dual 1.5W stereo speakers with Dolby Home Theater, WiFi 802.11ac, and Bluetooth 4.0. The Yoga 700 11-inch includes a 40Whr 4-cell battery and the 14-inch model 45Whr 4-cell battery. Both will be available at a starting price of $649 USD and $799 USD respectively when they go on sale next week.
