The South Korean tech company, LG, today has the launched second edition of its Rolly Keyboard, it portable wireless keyboard that can be roll up vertically into a stick and carry around in a bag or even in a pocket. Unlike the first edition that was released in August last year, the Rolly Keyboard 2 have five rows with the first row filled with numeric figures. Above the numbers are symbols and function keys. Another noticeable difference in its physical appearance is the extra gap between the keys, which makes it more comfortable to operate thereby minimizing typographic error likely to occur due to multiple keystroke. The LG Rolly Keyboard 2 (2016) uses Bluetooth 3.0 to connect to supported devices running Android 4.0+, iOS 7+, Windows 7+ or Mac OS X 10.7+. A single replaceable AAA battery that powers the device can last up to 105 days (3 months 15 days), LG claims.
The Keyboard is priced at KRW 129,000 ($111 USD) in Korea. No word on its availability.
