The South Korea-based technology firm LG, today has announced a new budget smartphone tagged X Power2, an upgraded version and successor of X Power that was released last year. It features a larger 5.5-inch display, packs a more powerful octa-core processor, and is fuelled by a larger 4,500mAh battery compare to its predecessor 5.3-inch display, quad-core processor, and 4,100mAh battery.
The company’s latest release runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. It comes with various additional features such as “Comfort View” that makes reading e-books and web
comics more comfortable by reducing the amount of blue light
emitted by the display, and a special “UX” for selfies. The X Power2 is further appraised with its zero-lag rear camera and “Quick Share” feature that let users instantly posts images to social media in one click.

LG claimed that the battery can render up to 15 hours of video playback and 18 hours of web surfing in a single charge.
