LG has officially launched X Screen, one of the company’s latest budget smartphone in India. The “X series” among which are X View, X Style and X Power, comprises of different smartphones with each having its own notable distinct character. The X Screen comes with dual display, the larger featuring a 4.93-inch IPS In-Cell display with HD (1280×720) resolution, while the smaller screen features a 1.76-inch LCD display with 520×80 pixel resolution.
The secondary display which is the smaller of the two enables users to check notifications, time, battery status, play and control music app without turning on the main display. The phone is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, slammed with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. It comes with a 16GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 2TB via MicroSD card.

The X Screen runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and offers 4G LTE. It sports a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, and 8-megapixel selfie camera at the front. Other connectivity options included besides LTE are Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi, 3G, 2G, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2300mAh battery.
The phone will be available in White, Pink and Black colours starting from 20th of July (Wednesday) exclusively on e-commerce site Snapdeal. It wears Rs 12,990 ($195 USD) price tag.
