Microsoft is killing its support for Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10 starting today January 12 according to a new report reaching us. The tech giant has announced that it will be hanging its support for its old browsers, which are still widely used in some regions till date.
The hanging here means putting a stop to security updates, patches and technical help. The company however has advise users to upgrade their browser before the shutting down procedures begin latest today. Users who do not adhere and comprehend to update their browser are expose to various vulnerabilities, including privacy breach, malicious attack, and cyber-attack, as Microsoft will no longer provide updates to tackle and combat vulnerabilities that may later surface.

The latest version of Internet Explorer, version 11, for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 on 32-bit and 64-bit platform are available for download on Microsoft website.
