Motorola seems to have a new successor to its Moto E series at work, the new phone leaked as Moto E (Gen 2). According to the source we’ve gather this report, the Moto E big brother is expected to kick off very soon.

Specifications listed are 4.5-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB RAM, 5-megapixel rear camera, Android 5.0 Lollipop and 4G LTE. Nothing is certain here but it is something worth watching out for.

In September, Motorola launched upgraded next generation version of its Moto G and Moto X dubbed as Moto G (Gen 2) and Moto X (Gen 2). The Moto G (Gen 2) features 5-inch HD display and runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. Other specifications are 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB/16GB, 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera.

The Moto X (Gen 2) features a 5.2-inch full-HD OLED display and packs a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 800 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM. It support dual-SIM and runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat. Other specifications include 16GB/32GB internal storage, 13-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front camera and 4G LTE.
