Motorola today launched Moto E4 Plus in India, one of the company’s latest budget smartphone aimed for users that desires extreme battery usage time above all else. It was introduced globally alongside with Moto E4 last month.

Technically, the phone features a 5.5-inch 2.5D curved glass display with HD resolution of 1280×720 pixel, flaunting a pixel density of 267ppi. Under the hood is a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor running at a full speed of 1.3GHz, paired with 3GB of RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. It is to be noted that the one released globally last month packs a Snapdragon 427 chipset and not MediaTek.

The dual SIM variant is the one brought to India with dedicated two SIM slots that supports 4G VoLTE. The Moto E4 Plus runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat and has a fingerprint sensor embedded beneath the home button. In optics, it sports a 13-megapixel autofocus camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash, while it bears a 5-megapixel camera at the front with f/2.2 aperture, also accompanied with a LED flash.

Apart from 4G VoLTE, the Moto E4 Plus supports Bluetooth 4.1 LE, WiFi, 3G, 2G, GPS, FM radio, and Micro-USB. In addition, it is nano-coated to resist water just like other Moto smartphones and notably, it comes pre-loaded with Dolby Atmos for good audio quality.

The phone measures 155 x 77.5 x 9.55mm, weighs 181 grams, and is powered by a huge 5000mAh battery with fast charging supports via 10W charger included.

Painted in Fine Gold and Iron Gray colors, the Moto E4 Plus will be available in India exclusively on FlipKart starting from Thursday 13th of July at Rs 9,999 (US$150). The company is giving out various launch offers for those who purchase one.
