The smartphone will be officially unveiled today on US network carrier Verizon and may goes on sale starting from Thursday at $599 (off contract) and $300 with 2yrs contract, availability outside US is not yet known.

Specifications revealed so far are 5.2-inch display with QHD resolution of 1440×2560 pixels and 565ppi pixel density, 20.7-megapixel rear snapper, 32GB internal storage, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB RAM, and 3,900mAh battery.
The Droid Turbo will also be pre-loaded with Motorola new application suite such Moto Connect, Moto Display, Moto Action and Moto Assist. Connectivity options expected to be onboard include 4G LTE, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1 and Wifi.
