Requirements for the Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme

  • The scholarship is granted by a Dutch higher education institution directly to you.
  • The Orange Tulip Scholarship is a monetary award that is intended only for the purpose of defraying the costs of study at a specified higher education institution in the Netherlands, in a program to which the winner has been accepted.
  • The scholarship cannot be used to pay for the student’s or anyone else’s living expenses.
  • Any concerns about the scholarship should be addressed directly with the university.
  • Nuffic Neso is not liable for any issues that may develop between an institution and a prospective student.
  • Neither the Dutch higher education institution nor Nuffic Neso may be held liable for any disease, accidents, or other hazards that may arise as a result of accepting an Orange Tulip Scholarship. Orange Tulip Scholarship winners are required to follow and finish the study program for which they were awarded the scholarship to the best of their ability.
  • Scholarship applicants must give information on the program and their academic performance.
  • Both Nuffic Neso and the Dutch higher education institution may engage the student during and after the studies to inquire about his or her experiences for promotional purposes.
