Paul Paul Labile Pogba is a French professional footballer who plays for Premier League club Manchester United and the France national team.
He operates primarily as a central midfielder, but can also be deployed as an attacking midfielder, defensive midfielder and deep-lying playmaker.
Paul Pogba was the subject of a very expensive transfer to Manchester United on 8th August, 2016, when he returned to former club, Manchester United, on a five-year contract for a then-record for highest football transfer fee at €105 million (£89.3 million) plus bonuses of €5 million, surpassing the former record holder Gareth Bale.
Since then, Paul Pogba has been quite the inconsistent performer. Though a regular change in the dugout has not done his cause some good. With different managers finding different ways to use the 27 year old midfielder.

The midfielder’s attitude and game play was criticized last season, with Fred and Scott McTominay preferred in the deep position over him.
Paul Pogba would further fall down the pecking order with the signing of Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon with the Portuguese midfielder making an instant impact on the group.
At some point, Bruno Fernandes was called to be what Paul Pogba should have been. Such was the scrutiny that Donny Van de Beek was acquired in the midfield.
Pogba’s agent, Mino Raoila would even publicly state his grievances with the way Paul Pogba was being handled at the Manchester Club, hinting the player may be seeking a move away from the club.
However, Paul Pogba seem to have turned up in time for Manchester United, with the midfielder giving in key game plays to aid Ole Solksjaer cause for the title.
Manchester are now level on points with league leaders, Liverpool. They are just second on goal difference, and have a game in hand over Jurgen Klopp’s men.
This may just be Paul Pogba’s season!
