After two years of launching its Galaxy S4 Mini which can now be consider as outdated, Samsung has silently released another variant of the device in Europe which it called Galaxy S4 Mini Plus (GT-I9195I). Unlike its predecessor, the new smartphone comes with an updated Android version (not really), a more powerful processor and 4G LTE support.
The Galaxy S4 Mini Plus carries a price tag of EUR 239 (Roughly $260 USD) and its already on sale in the region. Specwise, it features same 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display with qHD (960 × 540 pixels) resolution. The device is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz alongside with 1.5GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU.

There is an 8GB of built-in storage onboard which can be further expanded via MicroSD card (up to 64GB). The Galaxy S4 Mini Plus runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box, however, it is not yet clear if the firm will consider releasing Android Lollipop update in near future. An 8-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash is placed at the rear while it houses a 1.9-megapixel front camera.
Connectivity options included besides 4G LTE are Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, 3G, 2G, GPS/A-GPS, and GLONASS. A 1900mAh battery turn on the device. The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Plus comes in White and Black colors.
