Vodafone on Wednesday announce its first 4G LTE enabled tablet in the UK called Smart Tab 4G, the device is listed on the firm website at £125 with no contract payment and £17 per month with £29 down-payment.

The tablet features an 8-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280*800 pixels touting 189ppi pixel density, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat. It support voice calling and packs an 8GB internal storage with external storage support.

The Smart Tab 4G is driven by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) SoC, coupled with 1GB of RAM. It house 5-megapixel rear shooter (no flash) and 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Other than 4G LTE, the tablet also support Wifi with Hotspot, Bluetooth, 3G, GPS, GPRS/EDGE, and Micro-USB connectivity. It is backed by a 4,060mAh battery.
