As if they heard what we just said, Xiaomi has announced its first “Made in India” smartphone following made in India initiatives that was introduced few weeks ago, the Redmi 2 Prime. The device costs Rs 6,999 ($109 USD) is already on sale at popular online stores across the country including Flipkart and Snapdeal. It is also available on Mi website.
