Xiaomi has officially announced its latest flagship smartphone in China, Redmi Pro. It is the company’s first device to make use of Helio X25 chipset, MediaTek most powerful processor as of now. One of its notable features is dual camera setup at the rear, a 13MP camera with Sony IMX258 sensor and a 5-megapixel camera (for depth field), arranged vertically with dual-tone LED flash placed inbetween. This arrangement is entirely different from horizontal alignment we are familiar with on other smartphones with dual rear camera setup.
The Redmi Pro sports a brilliant 5.5-inch full-HD OLED display with 2.5D curved glass, and packs a fingerprint sensor underneath the physical home button. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow topped with MIUI 8; sports hybrid dual SIM slots, and is fuelled by a 4000mAh/4050mAh battery.
