ZTE Blade X with Heart Rate Sensor, Fingerprint Sensor Debuts in the U.S

ZTE has introduced a new device exclusively on Cricket Wireless in the United States. The Blade X as called, is a 5-inch mobile phone that runs Google’s Android 7.1 Nougat and comes with 4G LTE supports. The display boasts a HD (1280×720) resolution, and it is protected by Dragontrail glass against scratch.

Underneath the display panel on the motherboard is a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 Mobile Platform running at a speed of 1.4GHz, paired with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 308 GPU. A 16GB of storage inside let users save files and data, install apps. The built-in storage is expandable up to 2TB via MicroSD slot provided.

In optics, the Blade X sports a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash that is capable of recording 1080p video, while a 5-megapixel is pinned to the front above the display for video calling and selfie. Dolby Audio provides rich quality sound output for great entertainment when watching video or listening to music, and when listening to FM radio via the phone headphones jack.

Furthermore, the Blade X comes with heart rate sensor built-in for monitoring users heart rate via a pre-installed Argus suite of health app. Argus also let users track, monitor and manage their steps, sleep, glucose level, and fitness. The phone feature a fingerprint sensor at the back for security. Connectivity options provided includes 4G LTE Cat.4, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi, GPS, and USB Type-C. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery.
