HMD Nokia 3310 Got “Vladimir Putin” Special Edition with $1900 Price Tag

HMD Global at MWC in late February announced 2017 edition of Nokia 3310 with color screen and rear-facing camera. Now, a Russia firm known as Cavier has unveiled a luxurious edition of the featured phone tagged after the most popular person in Russia, the President of the Russia Federation, Vladimir Putin.

The Nokia 3310 Supremo Putin (or Nokia 3310 Supreme Putin) as named, features a gold-plated Bas-relief of Vladimir Putin himself on the back with gold seal, and right beneath is a gold nameplate with few lines from the country’s national anthem etched on it. Cavier logo is also inscribed in gold above the camera at the back.

Moving on to the front, the home button which is also coated with gold is engraved with the Russia federation coat of arms. Cavier revealed that the Nokia 3310 Supremo Putin case is made of tempered titanium of VT-23
grade.

In technical aspect, the phone features same specs as the standard edition but with a customized user interface (UI), these includes 2.4-inch color display with 240×320 pixel resolution, S30+ operating system, 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Bluetooth 3.0 wireless connectivity, and GPRS/EDGE network band (GSM 900/1800).

The Nokia 3310 Supremo Putin is priced at RUB 99,000 (US$1,683). It is available for order on Cavier official website.
