Few days after launching Galaxy On7 2016 edition in China, Samsung today has introduced Galaxy On8 in India. The device features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a full-HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7580 processor with a clock speed of 1.6GHz, coupled with 3GB of RAM. To reminds you, the Galaxy On7 comes with Snapdragon 625.
The 32GB built-in storage in Galaxy On7 has been tuned down to 16GB in On8 though it still maintains the external MicroSD slot. The phone runs Android 6.0.Marshmallow out-of-the-box and offers dual SIM functionality with dual standby. In optics, the Galaxy On8 is equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while it sports a 5-megapixel camera at the front, also accompanied with a LED flash.

Connectivity options included are 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 3300mAh battery, same battery capacity that backed the Galaxy On7.
The Samsung Galaxy On8 will be exclusively available on FlipKart from next week at a price of Rs 15,900 ($238 USD). It is painted in Black and White colors.
