Apple has officially announced iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus at an event hosted in San Francisco today. These are here to take on the position of their predecessors iPhone 6 and 6 Plus released last year. The iPhone 7 features a 4.7-inch Retina HD display while the iPhone 7 Plus comes with a larger 5.5-inch full-HD display, both offering 3D Touch, a technology that allow users to enable or activate certain features depending on pressure apply when tapping the screen.
These are powered by Apple newly invented quad-core A10 Fusion processor claimed to be 40% faster than A9 chip that powered iPhone 6, accompanied with hexa-core GPU. The smartphones are water and dust resistant and comes equipped with fingerprint sensors below the home button with support of Apple Pay. The iPhone 7 however packs a single 12MP iSight camera at the back while iPhone 7 Plus sports dual 12MP cameras at the back, both housing 7MP front-facing cameras.

Apple has decided to remove 3.5mm audio jack on these device and instead includes lightning to 3.5mm adapter, a feature most Apple fans will heartly miss.
