Sony today has officially confirmed its Xperia smartphones that will be receiving Android 7.0 Nougat update, a solid move made by the company two days after Google started rolling out the update to selected Nexus devices globally.
HTC was the first OEM to publicly announced its smartphones that are qualified to receive Android Nougat, and with Sony closely following we can expect more top mobile firms to join the queue as times goes on. As can be expected, Sony handpicked its latest Xperia smartphones.
