Samsung has launched a new Windows 10 hybrid device, the Notebook 7 Spin. The laptop is wrapped in a sleek platinum-painted body that has a thickness of 19.8mm, and weigh 5lb. The “Spin” in its naming is derived from its 15.6-inch full-HD LED touch screen that can be rotate up to 360-degree, with support of High Dynamic Range (HDR) for better clarity and sharpness. It offer three different modes, notebook, tent, and tablet, for conveniency of use in certain environment.
Samsung is also offering a 13-inch display option with touchscreen as well. A 6th-generation 2.5GHz Intel Core i7 (Skylake) processor that can turbo boost up to 3.1GHz powered it on the inside, coupled with a dedicated 2GB NVIDIA GeForce 940MX GPU and up to 16GB of DDR4 (2133MHz) RAM, which can be expanded up to 32GB. It include 1TB HDD and 128GB SSD. Optional Core i5 with Intel HD Graphics 520 configuration will be available for buyers that are not willing to pay much.

The Notebook 7 Spin sports a VGA webcam, while dual 1.5W stereo speakers enhanced with SoundAlive deliver the audio. Dual-Array microphone sits above the display, and the keyboard is auto-backlit. Connectivity options included are WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1, HDMI output port (up to 4K UHD), 2x USB 2.0 ports, USB 3.0 port, USB Type-C port, 3-in-1 card reader, and RJ45. It is fuelled by a 3-cell 45Wh battery with fast charging.
The Samsung Notebook 7 Spin comes with a starting price of $799 USD. It is available for purchase on BestBuy in the U.S. No details regarding availability for other regions.
