Alcatel has announced OneTouch Xess, its latest budget Android tablet with a big 17.3-inch display at the ongoing IFA event in Berlin. It has a built-in kickstand that can be tilted up to 75 degree, and comes included with a stylus pen.

Pre-installed SketchBook application give users thorough access in creating art work and drawings with different pen styles, paint colors, brushes, crayon and other tools for art-making loaded inside. The OneTouch Xess comes equipped with three JBL speakers, and has an hands-free gesture control that let users perform different tasks by just waving at the screen.
