Kingston has announced its first 512GB SDHC/SDXC Class 10 memory card with UHS-I, a huge upgrade from its 256GB UHS-I SDHC/SDXC card launched last year. This is primarily aimed at photographers and studio workers, providing them more space to store their photos and files as well as decreasing the time spend in copying or streaming files to another device.
The Kingston 512GB UHS-I SDHC/SDXC card is 300 times faster and can render a data write speed of up to 45MB/s and read speed of up to 90MB/s, thanks to its Ultra High Speed (UHS). It is compatible with all SDHC and SDXC devices that support up to 512GB storage. Kingston is yet to reveal its pricing and availability, but we expect it to be announce during its official launching.
