Vaio Corporation has enter into mobile market with the launch of its first Android smartphone, the Vaio Phone VA-10J. The budget is priced at 51,000 JPY ($418 USD) and will be available in Japan exclusively on network carrier B-mobile from next week. Availability for global market is yet to be known.
Specwise, the Vaio VA-10J features a 5-inch IPS OGS display with a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box. It is driven by a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz topped with Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB of RAM.

The smartphone comes with a 16GB of built-in storage which is expandable via MicroSD card. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash while there is also a 5-megapixel at the front for selfie shot. On the connectivity front, the Vaio VA-10J support Wifi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, GPS/A-GPS, FM radio, and USB. It is fuelled by a 2500mAh battery.
