Lenovo has added two new Android tablets to its Tab category, the Tab 2 A7-10 and Tab 2 A7-30. The devices comes with a price tag of $99 USD ( approx #18,500 NGN) and $129 (approx #24,000 NGN) and will start shipping before end of January.

The Tab 2 A7-10 comes in Wi-Fi only variants, it features a 7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels touting 170ppi pixel density and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT8127 processor with a clock speed of 1.3GHz, slammed with 1GB of RAM.
The tablet lacks rear camera while 0.3-megapixel front camera is onboard. The Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 comes with 8GB built-in storage that is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card and offers Bluetooth, A-GPS, FM radio and Micro-USB as connectivity options. It is backed by a 3450mAh battery.

On the other hand, the Lenovo Tab 2 A7-30 comes in Wi-Fi and 3G variant (voice calling enabled), it features same screen size and resolution on Tab 2 A7-10 and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box.
It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8382 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and packs 16GB built-in storage with external storage support (up to 32GB).
Unlike Tab 2 A7-10 with no back camera, the Tab 2 A7-30 sports a 2-megapixel rear camera without flashlight and houses 0.3-megapixel front camera. Connectivity options included are Bluetooth, A-GPS, FM radio and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 3450mAh battery.
