The Chinese phone maker, ZTE, has launched a new mid-budget smartphone, the ZMax. The phone is launch exclusively on the U.S network carrier T-Mobile and will be available starting from September 24 at a price of $252, or on installmental plan payment of $10.50 per month for 2 years.
The ZMax features a 5.7-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels, its screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The phone support 4G LTE and runs a nearly-stock Android 4.4 KitKat version.
The new ZTE smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, slammed with 2GB of RAM. There is a 16GB built-in storage onboard that can be further expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

It sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a secondary 1.6-megapixel front camera. Connectivity options included with the ZMax are Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, GPS, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3400mAh battery, rated to deliver up to 360 hours of standby time.
Earlier this month, ZTE launched three Android smartphones at the annual IFA event that took place in Berlin, the Kis 3 Max, Blade Vec 3G, and Blade Vec 4G, all of which runs Android 4.4 KitKat and are priced at $132, $238, and $304 respectively.
