Lenovo at the MWC 2018 announced new 2-in-1 convertible laptops powered by Windows 10, the Yoga 730 and Yoga 530. The Yoga 730 comes in two sceen variant, 13-inch and 15-inch, both featuring a touch-responsive UHD (3840×2160) display. The Yoga 530 possess a 14-inch touchscreen with Full HD (1920×1080) resolution.
The displays offfers full flexibility and can be rotated up to 360-degree to use in various mode for ease of use in certain environment. Lenovo is also offering an optional Active Pen 2 stylus with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity for writing, drawing and sketching on the display. The stylus will be available separately.

These new Lenovo laptops are clad in extremely thin anodized aluminum body with the Yoga 730 13-inch weighing just 1.12kg while the larger 15-inch model is 1.86kg in weight. The Yoga 530 is second to the 15-inch Yoga 730 with its 1.6kg weight and 17.6mm body thickness.
For security, these comes equipped with fingerprint readers that are programmed to work with Windows Hello for secure one touch login access. Perhaps the most interesting features of the Yoga 730 and 530 is the integration of Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant on the Windows 10 OS they runs in addition to Microsoft built-in Cortana voice assistant service, providing users the flexibility of choice depending on their needs at a certain time. For instance, an user can decide to use alexa for shopping and cortana to send an email and scheduled a meeting. Far field microphones implemented can pick up users voice signal from a notable distance, making the assistants a bliss to use.
The Yoga 730 and Yoga 530 are powered by up to 8th-generation Intel Core i7 processors with integrated GPUs. The 15-inch Yoga 730 with discreet NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card will also be available in certain markets. JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos powers the audio on the Yoga 730 and there is an ultra-fast Thunderbolt 3 USB-C in there for pairing it with an external 4K monitor, which Yoga 530 lacks. Lenovo claimed up to 11 hours of usage time on the Yoga 730.
In EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), the 13-inch and 15-inch Yoga 730 bundled with Active Pen 2 will costs €999 and €1099, respectively, and will be available from April. The 14-inch Yoga 530 will be sold in the aforementioned regions for €549 from June 2018.
