Free Electricity Meter Distribution Begins In Kano, Kaduna, Lagos Today

The free distribution of electricity meters to Nigerians will begin today (Friday) with the concurrent introduction of the plan in Kano, Kaduna, Eko, and Ikeja electricity distribution organizations’ establishment regions.

As per him, the free distribution of meters is in satisfaction with the guarantee of President Muhammadu Buhari to guarantee mass metering in the nation and in the process shut down the threat of assessed charging in the electricity area.

He said the free distribution would be completed under the National Mass Metering Program.
