The free distribution of electricity meters to Nigerians will begin today (Friday) with the concurrent introduction of the plan in Kano, Kaduna, Eko, and Ikeja electricity distribution organizations’ establishment regions.

As per him, the free distribution of meters is in satisfaction with the guarantee of President Muhammadu Buhari to guarantee mass metering in the nation and in the process shut down the threat of assessed charging in the electricity area.
He said the free distribution would be completed under the National Mass Metering Program.
He recorded the locations to get meters to remember Bawo Road and environs for Kano city (KEDCO); Governor Road/Tudun Wada in (Kaduna Electric); Oshodi Business Unit in (Ikeja Electric); and Yaba and Surulere (Eko Disco).
