Twitter is one of the top social networking site in the world, with over 500 millions tweet per day and 271 Millions active users. But maximum satisfaction is not guaranteed especially if you depend mainly on phone to access the internet.
Though writing longer tweets above 140 characters has been resolved, there are third-party apps that enable users to do so via their platform, however, changing twitter profile picture through a mobile browser is another thing and third-parties are not allowed.

Today, we will be sharing how you can change your twitter profile picture on UC Browser. This is a simple step that requires nothing except having UC Browser installed on your phone, if you don’t have UC Browser on your phone you can download it from here.

Follow the steps below to change your twitter profile photo.
- Go to UC Browser settings -> Preference -> and change the website view from Mobile to Desktop.
- After changing website preference, go to https://twitter.com/settings, you’ll be asked to sign in, enter your login details to continue.
- Click on profile and select the upload button, choose the picture you want to use as your profile photo and click the submit button.
Thats it, you’ve just change your twitter profile picture.
Pls Note: UC Browser settings varies depending on which mobile OS platform you are using, but there is always a preference to choose desktop or mobile view in all UC Browsers settings. Make sure you go to the exact url written in Step 2, you may be redirect back to twitter mobile site if you don’t do so.
The above method now works on phones running Android and iOS using Chrome and Mozilla (Firefox) browsers. All you need to do is enable or activate “Desktop View” under Chrome/Firefox settings then go to this exact URL https://twitter.com/settings. You will be asked to login, and after signing in successfully you will be taking to your Twitter account settings.
If you have already uploaded a profile picture to your twitter before, you will see a small avatar (icon) representing your picture at the header (top) of the page. If you haven’t, you will see a void icon at the header. Click on it, a menu will appear, select “Profile” among the list. Now, in your main profile click the “Edit Profile” button that is opposite the profile picture (or void picture), select “Upload Photo” that appears below and choose the picture you want to upload in your phone storage.

After choosing the profile picture you want to use, the next page will show where you can amend the dimensions and height, when you are done click the “Save” button.
