With One E9+ unveiled and listed on HTC website, the firm are gearing up to launch a bigger variant of its One M9, the One M9+, next month in China. An event has been scheduled on April 8 where the new smartphone is likely to be launch along with One E9 which is One E9+ younger brother, we hope. However, the popular tipster @Upleaks has leaked a render image of what the HTC One M9+ looks like.
Looking closely at the picture, the touch sensitive home button on One M9 seems to have been replace with a physical button. Fingerprint sensor is also expected to be onboard. Specwise, the One M9+ will features a 5.2-inch Quad-HD (1440×2560 pixels) display and packs a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. Another rumour suggest an octa-core MediaTek MT6795 chipset will powered the device which is more likely considering the phone is heading to China and One E9+ packs MediaTek chipset.
Android 5.0 Lollipop is expected to be onboard topped with HTC Sense 7 UI. A 20.7-megapixel camera will take hold of upper rear area with another 2.1-megapixel camera placed at its side for capturing depth view while a 13-megapixel or an ultrapixel camera will be at the front. Connectivity options that will be included are 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS/A-GPS, and GLONASS. It will be backed by a 2840mAh battery.
