“Mr. Governor and different colleagues be tested by the Lagos State biobank today yet will stay in isolation until the consequences of the tests are accessible.

“We are seeing a marginally expanding number of COVID-19 positive cases in groups in Lagos and all Lagosians ought to hold fast to the recommended warnings of safe removing, great hand and respiratory cleanliness, and evasion of pointless social events.”

This not the first run through Sanwo-Olu will have the COVID-19 test. The state government said the governor had the test, at any rate, multiple times in May when 10 of his assistants tested positive for the infection.

Then, concerns have been raised over the conceivable second rush of the infection in the nation as the Nigeria Center for Disease Control declared more than 1000 new cases in 48 hours.

Since Nigeria recognized its first COVID-19 case in February 2020, 71,344 cases have been recorded the nation over, with the number of dynamic cases ascending to 4,680 on Thursday, December 10.
