LG has made a new addition to its “K series” portfolio named K3. The entry-level smartphone is available on network carriers Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile at a price of $79,99 USD. Availability for global markets is unknown.
Notably, the LG K3 supports 4G LTE and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box despite its cheap price tag. It features a 4.5-inch IPS capacitive touch display with a resolution of 854×480 pixels. It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor with a clock speed of 1.1GHz, slammed with 1GB of RAM and Adreno 304 GPU. There is an 8GB of built-in storage onboard which can be further expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

A 5-megapixel camera is equipped at the rear with LED flash, and a 0.3-megapixel camera at the front for video-calling. Other connectivity options included besides 4G LTE are Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, 3G, 2G, GPS and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 1940mAh battery.
