Microsoft rolled out Windows 10 Creators Update to Windows 10 laptops and 2-in-1 PCs earlier this week which brings lots of new features and improvements. Surprisingly, it turns out the company is not neglecting phones running its Windows 10 Mobile operating system and has decided to push the update on these devices too.
The company has officially listed out the phones that are eligible to receive the update. Among hundreds of “Windows 10 Mobile” devices, only thirteen were confirmed.

- Microsoft Lumia 540
- Microsoft Lumia 640
- Microsoft Lumia 640XL
- Microsoft Lumia 650
- Microsoft Lumia 950
- Microsoft Lumia 950XL
- HP Elite X3
- Alcatel IDOL 4S (Windows Edition)
- Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL
- Softbank 503LV
- VAIO Phone Biz
- MouseComputer MADOSMA Q601
- Trinity NuAns NEO
Furthermore, Microsoft explicitly said that devices not on this list will not officially receive the Windows 10 Creators Update nor will they receive any future builds from their development branch. Which means unlisted phones are not only forfeited from receiving this update, but from receiving any other updates that may occur in the future.
The Windows 10 Creators Update for Windows 10 Mobile devices will starts rolling out from 26th of April.
