Samsung’s has come up with another mind blowing digital camera. It has already been marketed in South Korea and is planned for a global launch later this month. The Samsung NX200 is a mirrorless interchangeable lens camera (MILC) with a 20.3 megapixel APS-C CMOS image sensor for professional results. The camera incredibly compact form factor, measuring only 4.6 x 2.5 x 1.4 inches. It is priced around $840 in South Korea.
Samsung is the third largest camera manufacturer in the market, which it shares with its rivals Canon and Sony. The company has been hankering to enter the higher end of the market as most of its sales come from point and shoot compacts. The NX200 is multifaceted with many compatible Samsung lenses already on the market.

The company has come up with many new i-Function lenses which are being launched by Samsung along with the NX200, including 16mm, 60mm, and 85mm fixed focal length models and an 18-100mm zoom. The NX200 features a three-inch AMOLED display, and a hypersonic dust reduction mode that helps keep the image sensor clean. Apart from the high-quality photographs, the NX200 also records full 1080p HD video with stereo sound.
The distinctive i-Function 2.0 lenses give the photographer control over different parameters directly from the lens without having to look away from the image. The nine different i-Function compatible lenses can change aperture, shutter speeds, white balance and ISO sensitivity just by using the ring on the lens. Some lenses will support lens shift optical image stabilization (OIS), although two OIS modes are available along with the camera itself.
