Microsoft rolled out Windows 10 for Laptops, Desktops and Tablets in July but failed to include Windows Phone devices. Thankfully, the company has mentioned on its Lumia Facebook fan page that Windows 10 will start rolling out to Windows Phone devices from December this year after being asked by one of its users.
Microsoft launched its first Windows 10 powered Lumia smartphones, Lumia 950, Lumia 950XL and Lumia 550 earlier this week, and since then many previous Lumia users have been eagering to have it on their smartphones. However, Microsoft do highlight some certain things that needs to be in place before a Windows Phone device can be qualify to receive the update.

1. It must have atleast 8GB of built-in storage.
2. It must have Lumia Denim Update
3. The device must run atleast Windows Phone 8.1
The exact date when the update will start rolling out is not mentioned.
