Alcatel Pixi 4 is a Rs 4,999 Smartphone with 5″ display, 1GB RAM, 4G VoLTE

Alcatel has just release a new smartphone under its “Pixi” line-up in India called Pixi 4. The phone boast entry-level specs but supports 4G LTE and VoLTE. It will be exclusively available on FlipKart starting today.

Painted in Metal Gold, Metal Silver, Sharp Blue and Volcano Black colors, the Alcatel Pixi 4 features a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 854×480 pixels. It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor with a clock speed of 1.0GHz, slammed with Mali-T720 GPU and 1GB RAM. It house an 8GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

Running Android 6.0.Marshmallow out-of-the-box, the Pixi 4 sports an 8-megapixel camera at the rear with LED flash and a 5-megapixel camera at the front. Other connectivity options included apart from 4G VoLTE are Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi with Hotspot, 3G, 2G, GPS, FM radio and Micro-USB. The phone measures 140.7 x 72.5 x 9.5mm and weigh 169 grams, it is backed by a 2000mAh battery.

The Alcatel Pixi 4 (5) comes with two SIM slots. It is priced at Rs 4,999 ($75 USD).
