Panasonic has just announced Eluga Mark, its latest 4G enabled smartphone in India. The is priced at Rs 11,990 ($183 USD) and will be available in Metallic Grey and Royal Gold colors when it goes on sale this week.
The Panasonic Eluga Mark features a 5.5-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display with HD (1280 x 720 pixel) resolution. It offers dual SIM functionality and runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box topped with FitHome UI. Diving in, the smartphone is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, alongside with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It has a built-in storage of 16GB, which can be expanded via MicroSD card (up to 128GB).

Notably, the Eluga Mark sports a fingerprint sensor at the back below the camera for smart security, with up to eight different finger prints registration support. At the rear, it is equipped with a 13-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, capable of recording full-HD (1080p) video, while it bears a 5-megapixel camera at the front. Connectivity options provided includes 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, 3G, 2G, GPS, FM radio and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2500mAh battery.
