Asus has launched ZenEone Go (ZC500TG) in India, its latest budget smartphone in the ZenFone series. The device carries a price tag of Rs 7,999 (US$125) and will be available starting from today, 23rd of September, at retailers outlets across the region.
The Asus ZenFone Go features a 5-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor with a clock speed of 1.3GHz, coupled with 2GB of RAM and Mali 400MP4 GPU. The device houses an 8GB of built-in storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card.

The ZenFone Go runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box topped with the company’s own ZEN UI 2.0. An 8-megapixel autofocus camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash sits at the rear, while a 2-megapixel camera is equipped at the front. On the connectivity front, the dual-SIM enabled Asus ZenFone Go supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, 3G (HSPA+), GPRS/EDGE, GPS, and Micro-USB. It is fuelled by a 2,070mAh battery.
