Archos knows when to hit it and when to leave it, the firm has got itself a good reputation in mobile industry and are well recognise. We got familiar with this firm when they launched the world’s first Android powered laptop in early 2014 and since then we’ve get our eye on them. During CES event earlier this year, Archos debuted eight Android smartphones but it doesn’t get much attention due to bing-bang tech industries that gots all the place flooded but now Archos knows too well when to act.
Ahead of MWC event that will kick-off in Barcelona on Monday, Archos has announced four new budget smartphones, the 50 Oxygen Plus, 52 Platinum, 59 Xenon, and 62 Xenon. The one thats got it all among the four is 50 Oxygen Plus which is only 7.2mm thick. It features a 5-inch HD (1280x
720 pixels) IPS LED-lit display and packs an octa-core MediaTek MT659 processor with a clock speed of 1.4GHz coupled with 1GB of RAM.

The smartphone sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel camera occupy the front area. 16GB built-in storage is onboard for apps installation and media files which can be further expanded up to 128GB via MicroSD card. Dual-SIM functionality is there to take care of two SIMs at a time while 2000mAh powered up the device.
The Other three, 52 Platinum, 59 Xenon, and 62 Xenon sports identical specifications but differs in screen size. The threes all comes with dual-SIM support, Android 4.4 KitKat, 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage (expandable), and 8-megapixel rear camera. The 52 Platinum and 59 Xenon touts a 2-megapixel front camera while the 62 Xenon sports a 5-megapixel front camera. As their number suggest, the 52 Platinum features a 5.25-inch HD display, the 59 Xenon a 5.9-inch HD display, and 62 Xenon a 6.27-inch HD display.
