Lenovo has launched a new variant of its “K” smartphone series in India not long after it introduced K8 Note in the said region last month. The new device dubbed K8 Plus, resembles K8 Note in design, with the camera lenses, capacitive software keys and fingerprint sensor placed at exact position as seen on K8 Note. They however greatly differs in specs and notably in pricing.
It’s good to see that Lenovo still has strong self will by deciding not to board the bezel-less train that is plaguing the world at the moment, providing enough bezel space on the top and bottom of the display for users to rest their fingers on while using the phone. To make operating the phone more easier, the K8 Plus comes with a dedicated button (located on the side) that allows users to play/pause music in one click. The button is customizable for use with other apps and system options as well.
