The sequence to the last year Nokia 5, 3 and 2 has been announced by HMD Global at its scheduled event in Moscow on Tuesday. The Nokia 5.1, Nokia 3.1 and Nokia 2.1 as the device are called, brings stock Android experience at a budget to the consumer market. The Nokia 5.1 and 3.1 moreover has taller larger screens and are driven by newer chipsets, but not Qualcomm chipset as seen on some of their predecessors.
All the phones runs Android One software based on Android 8.0 Oreo except the Nokia 2.1, which instead runs Android Go software based on Android 8.1. HMD Global promised to provide Android P upgrade for the three new smartphones later this year.
